seasons, part 4

February 29, 2016

If you enter a season before you’re supposed to, what was going to be a beautiful time turns into a burden.  The prodigal son turned “give me” into “make me”.

If you don’t embrace it, you won’t be ready for the next season.

The key to embracing your season is recognizing that your season doesn’t matter.  What matters is who you’re becoming as a result of your season.

The above was taken from an awesome sermon by Pastor Doug Reed, Englewood Church in Independence, MO on Wednesday 8.23.15. Go to: englewoodchurch.org and click on “Messages” tab.
