“Blessings cover the head of the righteous, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.” – Proverbs 10:6, Complete Jewish Bible

The Easy-to-Read Version says, “…the words of the wicked only hide their violent plans.”.

In the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition of verse 6, “…the [uncompromisingly] righteous (the upright, in right standing with God)….”

The lover of God is enriched beyond belief

I love when opposites are paired in a verse. I can see my options. Which covering do I want: blessings or wicked words? To me, that’s a “duh” choice.
